REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
- Remove the front seat (see Complete front seat:
Removal - Refitting) (75A, Front seat frames and
runners).
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
1 - Driver's side front seat belt buckle
- Disconnect the font seat belt buckle connector (1) .
- Remove:
- the bolt (2) from the front seat belt buckle,
- the front seat belt buckle.
2 - Passenger side front seat belt buckle
- Remove the flap and the storage compartment underneath
the seat (see Storage compartment and
flap under the seat: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior
equipment).
- Disconnect the connector (3) from the passenger
presence sensor.
- Remove the clip (4) .
- Disconnect the font seat belt buckle connector (5) .
- Remove:
- the bolt (6) from the front seat belt buckle,
- the front seat belt buckle.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
1 - Driver's side front seat belt buckle
- Refit the front seat belt buckle.
- Torque tighten the driver's side front seat belt
buckle bolt (49 N.m).
- Connect the front seat belt stalk connector.
2 - Passenger side front seat belt buckle
- Refit the front seat belt buckle.
- Torque tighten the passenger side front seat belt
buckle bolt (49 N.m).
- Connect the front seat belt stalk connector.
- Refit the clip.
- Connect the connector for the passenger presence
sensor.
- Refit the flap and the storage compartment underneath
the seat (see Storage compartment and flap
under the seat: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior
equipment).
II - FINAL OPERATION.
- Refit the front seat (see Complete front seat: Removal
- Refitting) (75A, Front seat frames and runners).
