Renault Koleos Service Repair Manual: Hazard warning lights and central door control: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Remove the control panel (see Control panel: Removal - Refitting) (61A, Heating).

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Remove the hazard warning light and central door locking switches (1) using the tool (Car. 1363).
• Disconnect the hazard warning light and central door locking switch connectors.

• Unclip the clips (2) on both sides.
• Remove the hazard warning lights switch (3) .

• Unclip the clips (4) on both sides.
• Remove the central door locking switch (5) .

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit:
  • the central door locking switch,
  • the hazard warning light switch.
• Connect the hazard warning light and central door locking switch connectors.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the control panel (see Control panel: Removal - Refitting) (61A, Heating).

ESP inhibitor switch: Removal - Refitting

ELECTRONIC STABILITY PROGRAM 2 or ELECTRONIC STABILITY PROGRAM

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Remove the dashboard lower cover on the driver's side (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Unclip the ESP inhibitor switch (1) from the dashboard lower cover.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit the ESP inhibitor switch on the dashboard lower cover.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the dashboard lower cover on the driver's side (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).

Remote headlight beam adjustment control: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Remove the dashboard lower cover on the driver's side (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Unclip the remote headlight beam adjustment control (1) from the dashboard lower cover.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit the remote headlight beam adjustment control on the dashboard lower cover.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the dashboard lower cover on the driver's side (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).

Lighting dimmer: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Remove the dashboard lower cover on the driver's side (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Unclip the lighting dimmer (1) from the dashboard lower cover.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit the lighting dimmer on the dashboard lower cover.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the dashboard lower cover on the driver's side (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).

Exterior rear view mirror control switch: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Remove the front door handle trim (1) using the tool (Car. 1363) (2) .

• Disconnect the door mirror control switch connector (3) .
• Remove the door mirror control switch (4) from the front door handle trim.

REFITTING

REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Connect the door mirror control switch connector.
• Refit:
  • the door mirror control switch on the front door handle trim,
  • the front door handle trim.
