Renault Koleos Service Repair Manual: Front side door sliding window: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Remove the front side door trim (see Front side door trim: Removal - Refitting) (72A, Side opening elements trim).

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Remove the front side door seal cover.
• Lower the window to access the sliding window bolts (1) .
• Remove the bolts (1) .

• Remove the front side door sliding window.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION

• Clean using HEPTANE (see Vehicle: Parts and consumables for the repair) (04B, Consumables - Products).
• Wipe the bonding area of the window mountings using a LINT-FREE CLOTH (see Vehicle: Parts and consumables for the repair) (04B, Consumables - Products).

• Bond the window mountings in the position shown in the diagram.

  (X1) = 28 mm

• Leave to dry for at least 10 minutes.

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit the front side door sliding window glass.
• Torque tighten the front side door sliding window bolt (s6 N.m) (1) .
• Refit the front side door seal cover.

III - FINAL OPERATION

• Carry out a function test.
• Refit the front side door trim (see Front side door trim: Removal - Refitting) (72A, Side opening elements trim).
