ELECTRICAL SUNROOF + FIXED REAR SECTION

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Half-open the sunroof mobile panel.
• Remove the sunroof deflector (see 52A, Non-side opening element mechanisms, Sunroof deflector: Removal - Refitting, page 52A-13) (Non-side opening element mechanisms).

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Remove the bolts (1) from the front of the sunroof mobile panel

• Remove:
  • the bolt (2) from the rear of the sunroof mobile panel,
  • the sunroof mobile panel (this operation requires two people).

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Lubricate the linkages and rail mechanisms.
• Refit the sunroof mobile panel (this operation requires two people).
• Torque tighten:
  • the sunroof mobile panel front bolts (5.6 N.m),
  • the sunroof mobile panel rear bolt (5.6 N.m).

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the sunroof deflector (see 52A, Non-side opening element mechanisms, Sunroof deflector: Removal - Refitting, page 52A-13) (Non-side opening element mechanisms).
