REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
- Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (02A, Lifting equipment).
- Remove:
- the front wheel (see 35A, Wheels and tyres,
Wheel: Removal - Refitting, page 35A-1) ,
- the front wheel arch liner (see Front wheel arch
liner: Removal - Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection).
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
WARNING
To avoid damaging the wheel speed sensor
cable:
- Do not tension the cable,
- Do not twist the cable,
- Check that there is no contact with the surrounding
components,
- Do not use tools that may damage the cable.

- Remove:
- the front wheel speed sensor bolt (1) ,
- the front wheel speed sensor.
- Unclip the front wheel speed sensor cable at (2) .
- Disconnect the connector (3) .
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
- Connect the front wheel speed sensor connector.
- Clip on the front wheel speed sensor cable.
- Refit the front wheel speed sensor.
- Torque tighten the front wheel speed sensor bolt
(10 N.m).
II - FINAL OPERATION.
- Refit:
- the front wheel arch liner (see Front wheel arch
liner: Removal - Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
- the front wheel (see 35A, Wheels and tyres,
Wheel: Removal - Refitting, page 35A-1) .
