REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
- Remove:
- the battery
- the battery tray.
- Remove:
- the bolts (1) from the battery tray mounting.
- the battery tray mounting (2) .
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
- Disconnect the connector (3) for the neutral switch.
- Remove the neutral switch.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
- Refit the neutral switch (black) coated with RESIN
ADHESIVE .
- Torque tighten the neutral switch (28 N.m).
- Connect the connector for the neutral switch.
II - FINAL OPERATION.
- Refit:
- the battery tray bracket,
- the battery tray bracket bolts.
- Tighten to torque the battery tray bracket mounting
bolts (28 N.m).
- Refit:
- the battery tray
- the battery .

REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
- Remove:
- the air inlet sleeve
- the battery
- the battery tray
- Remove the bolts (1) from the engine wiring harness
channel.
- Remove the wiring harness channel (2) .
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
- Disconnect the connector (3) for the neutral switch.
- Remove the neutral switch.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
- Refit the neutral switch (black) smeared with RESIN
ADHESIVE.
- Torque tighten the neutral switch (28 N.m).
- Connect the connector for the neutral switch.
II - FINAL OPERATION.
- Refit:
- the engine wiring harness channel,
- the engine wiring harness channel bolts.
- Torque tighten the wiring harness channel bolts
(5 N.m).
- Refit:
- the battery tray
- the battery
- the air inlet sleeve.
