REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
- Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (02A, Lifting equipment).
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
- Undo:
- the rear anti-roll bar tie rod upper bolts and nuts (1)
on both sides,
- the rear anti-roll bar tie rod lower bolts and nuts (2)
on both sides.
- Remove:
- the rear anti-roll bar tie rod upper bolts and nuts (1)
on both sides,
- the rear anti-roll bar tie rod lower bolts and nuts (2)
on both sides.
- the rear anti-roll bar tie-rod.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
- Always replace the tie rod nuts of the rear anti-roll
bar.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
- Refit:
- the anti-roll bar tie-rod,
- the rear anti-roll bar tie rod upper bolts and nuts on
both sides,
- the rear anti-roll bar tie rod lower bolts and nuts on
both sides.
- Torque tighten:
- the rear anti-roll bar tie rod upper bolts and nuts
(110 N.m),
- the rear anti-roll bar tie rod lower bolts and nuts
(110 N.m).
